REPLACE a BICYCLE BOTTOM BRACKET.

Introduction: REPLACE a BICYCLE BOTTOM BRACKET.

If your bike feels kind of clunky and crunchy when you pedal it, the chances are your bottom bracket is on its way home.
If there is wobble between the cranks then follow this video which shows you how to remove an old style-loose-cup bottom bracket and replace it with a lovely sealed version which will last about ten times as long.
Happy pedalling.
