Step 1: Materials Needed

Step 5: Attach Head, Neck and Body

Sew the stuffed neck to the body. Then sew on the stuffed head to the neck.

Stuff legs and pin them onto the body and check for placement before stuffing and sewing onto body (belly).

Step 9: Heart

Use the same color as hooves and muzzle

Now we form one of the lobes at the top of the heart. This might be a little tricky.

Round 12: Skip the first 10 stitches from the hook, sc in 11th stitch from hook, sc in each remaining sc (10)

Tie off yarn and weave in stitches

Second lobe:

Round 1: slp st yarn onto hook. sc in stitch closest to first lobe. sc in each remaining stitches (10)

Round 2: sc in each sc (10)

Round3: sc2tog 5 times (5)

Tie off yarn and weave in stitches. Pin heart to chest and sew on with the same color of yarn.

Step 10: Face

Sew nostrils, eyelashes and mouth on face with black embroidery thread.

Step 11: Mane and Tail

You can have these in varying lengths or cut them all to the same length.

starting with red yarn. Insert your crochet hook where you want to place your first part of the mane, loop the yarn in half and pull through loop. Without pulling all the way through, pull both ends in through the loop and pull it closed. I make sure the get both ends even before pulling through. Repeat these steps with each color of the rainbow. Do the same for the tail. I used a comb to help me separate the strands of yarn for a curly look or you can leave them as it.
