Raw Pecan Pralines

1C, plus 2 T, chopped pecans, divided

12 soft, medium pitted dates, chopped

1/8 tsp Himalayan salt

2 T raw honey

1 tsp organic vanilla extract

2 T raw organic pecan butter

12 medium whole pecan halves or pieces

Step 1: Ingredients: 1 C, Plus 2 T,chopped Pecans;divided 12 Soft, Medium Pitted Dates, Chopped ; 1/8 Tsp Himalayan Salt ; 2 T Raw Honey ; 1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Extract ,2 T Raw Organic Pecan Butter ,12 Medium Whole Pecan Halves or Pieces

Step 2: Place 1 Cup of the Pecan Pieces, Dates, Salt , Honey ,vanilla Extract,and Raw Pecan Butter in a Food Processor and Process Until the Mixture Sticks Together.

Step 3: Place the Processed Pecan Mixture Into a Bowl and Mix in the 2 Remaining Tablespoons of Chopped Pecans.

Step 4: Form Into 12 Small Patties and Press One Whole Pecan Half or Pieces Into Each Patty. Place on a Flat Plate Covered With Wax Paper and Refrigerate for 30 Minutes or More. Serve Chilled.
