Introduction: Real Chocolate Brownies
Here are some Real Chocolate Brownies. Not like some that are more like sponge cake than brownies! Made with chocolate, Romany Creams, nuts and some more yummy Ingredients, you can be sure to enjoy these sticky, ultimately delicious brownies! It's also a great chocolate lovers desert. Eat it with ice cream,cream or whatever you want! Dis baie lekker!
Step 1: Gather Supplies
1. Romany Creams
6. Self raising wheat flour
7. Castor Sugar
8. Nuts of your choice
Step 2: You'll Also Need...
2. A measuring cup
3. A spoon
4. A scale
5. A mixer
6. Non-stick spray (You can use butter)
7. A Potato masher
8. A baking tray
Step 3: Mix Castor Sugar and Eggs
1. 330 ml castor sugar
2. 4 eggs
In mixer until creamy. Preheat oven to 180c.
Step 4: Add Butter
Melt 225g butter in microwave and add to the egg mixture and mix.
Step 5: Add Cocoa and Flour
1. 75 ml cocoa
2. 75 ml flour
To the egg mixture and mix.
Step 6: Melt the Chocolate
Melt 225g dark or/and milk chocolate slowly in the microwave on 180w.
Step 7: Add the Rest and Mix
Mash a 200g box of Romany creams, add a 1/2 cup of nuts and mix everything together in mixer.
Step 8: Add Mixture to Tray
Add your brownie mixture to your sprayed/greased tray.
Note: Spray outside while holding can away!
Step 9: Bake in Oven
Bake in oven for about 40 minutes on 180c.
Step 10: Take Out, and Let It Cool.
Let it cool for quite a while.
