Introduction: Red Surprise

Hi I know How some of you parents or teens or looking for a quick and easy dessert to make during school time that is easy and tasty and doesn't take so long so im going to share one of my recipes that just might be your answer it's basically an all occasion dessert but mine is homemade and delicious and ooh did  I mention there's a surprise so enjoy vote and maybe I might havea chance in this Back To School contest :)

Step 1: Ingreadients

2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of fine salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoonof cocoa powder
1 1/2  cups of vegetable oil
2 larg eggs
2 tablespoons red food coloring (1 ounce)
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of buttermilk ( I used light cultered)
1 pack of m&m
1 pack of Cream chese frosting

Step 2: Materials

A meadium  bowl  for the wet ingreadients
A large bowl for the Dry ingreadients
large whisk
small whisk
Measuring cup
spoons that measure your right measurments
 The iron Board is not apart of the materials!! :)

Step 3: Allright the Part You Love the Most "Easy Directions"

First Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Alright in the large bowl sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder
In the meadium sized bowl whisk together the oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vinegar, and vanilla
Now all you do is mix the Dry ingreadients into the Wet ingreadients until just combined and smooth batter is formed
oh when you fist mix it in you might here a liitle pop pop noise like when you pour milk in rice krispees :)
Alright now take a pan of your choice and lighty coat with vegetable oil and flour
Alright now pour the batter into your pan put into your pan an dyour good to go

Step 4: Now the Surprise Part

Alright cook for about 30 to 45 min  and when done let cool off for about 5- 10 min
put he cream chese ove ryou finished master piece
Spread a whole bunch of M&M's everywhereeeee
Now you've got a Red Surprise

    Just wanted to say that the pan that I baked it in was too big so its not as high as it should have been but this is a really good recipe it has that good southerner vibe and that good red velvet sweetness too. I hope if anyone decides to bake it they really like it because I haven't met anyone who's hated it so please vote even if there's probably a million entries I'd really like a shot thanks

    I think showing a picture of the finished product as the main image would help inform people about what kind of project this is. Looks like a fun one!
