Driling Hole is not hard but cleanup dust after drill is very hard. This instructables help you reduce dust when driving hole in ceiling.

Step 1: Preparation

A clear plastic box, few cm height, harder is better but simple name card box is ok.

A drill.

A drill bit for drilling wall.

A drill bit with same size for drilling plastic.

Step 2: Drill the Plastics Box

Drill a hole in the middle of the plastic box in both size. Draw border for both holes for easy locate it.

Mark the hole position, align the plastic box hole to the hole mark.

Put the drill pass through the plastic box and drill.

Most dust will keep in the plastic box, it still have a little bit dust fly out at the hole.

After drill, don't take out the drill from the plastic box first.

Go down from the ladder safe and take off the drill from the plastic box over the trash bin.

You may find many solutions while youtubing this topic.

This method also can apply to drilling wall, but I have a more simple while drilling wall. Just put a wet cloth around the hole while drilling.
