Looking for something refreshing to beat the summer heat? Want your kids to get more greens in their diet? Then this is the smoothie you're looking for.
This smoothie is delicious, easy to make, and good for your health. I got the family to taste it and ended up making a second batch because they loved it. "More please!" was my 2 year old's response.

Step 1: What You'll Need.
For a 16 oz serving:
1 pear - diced.
1 to 1.5 cup of kale - chopped
6 to 8 oz white grape juice
1 tsp lemon juice
Step 2: Steps
Prepare your fruit and vegetable and place it in the blender. Add the grape juice. Add more to cover at least half way through the chopped ingredients. Add the lemon juice. Throw in the ice cubes. If the ice cubes won't fit the blender, blend all ingredients first, then add the ice cubes later and blend it again.
Step 3: Enjoy
Modify the quantity of ingredients to suit your taste. You may also use white seedless grapes as alternative to the grape juice.
