A great treat on a hot day with all sorts of good stuff for your body

Ingredients

1/2 a coconut

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

2 tea spoons of local Raw honey

Coconut Is chuck full of electrolytes(Gatorade) great for rehydrating. coconut provides instant energy it is good for you heart, its full of fiber and it improves digestion also its tasty. Strawberries are packed with vitamin C 160% in just on cup with all sorts of other vitamin goodness they also help to lower high blood pressure (great for coming in form a run).Blueberries are all sort of antioxidants and also vitamin C keeps you young and vibrant. Honey is sweet and Raw local honey will help you with Allergies as it contains the pollens in small amounts that are outside were you live and play. Honey also has anti-inflammatory properties and all the b vitamins to keep you moving at a full tilt. Step 1: Coconut

Don't blend the coconut you have to open it .First poke out the eyes with a screw driver then drain all the water in the blender.

Step 2: Break Coconut

Using the back side of a chefs knife hit the coconut many times till it cracks. Then pull it apart.

Step 3: Clean the Coconut

with a knife pry out the coconut from the shell. Next with a knife or vegie peeler remove the brown stuff. Now cut up half the coconut and place in blender.

Step 4: Strawberries

next cut the greens off the strawberries and place in blender.

Step 5: Honey

Do not give honey to children under 12 months

add the honey to the blender

for little kids use a banana

Step 6: Blend

With all ingredient in the blender. Blend it vervvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

Step 7: Blend Till Smooth

vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv ok its smooth pour into molds and freeze.

Step 8: Eat

go out and play for the day come home and if you played long and hard then they will be frozen and ready to refresh you.
