Hello guys i am Kushal, Today i am here to show you how you can build a Tiny remote control toy car in a easiest way.

Materials:

Water bottle cap
Broom stick
Wheels
Wooden piece
Geared toy dc motor
Wire
Switch
9v Battery
Battery clip
Straw
Double sided tape

Tools:

Hot glue gun
Soldering iron

Step 1: Wheels

First you should take the water bottle caps and then make small hole in the middle of the cap just as shown in the image, then take broom stick and straw then cut the straw as shown in the image then insert the broom stick in to the straw as shown ion the image then stick it with the help of hot glue.

Step 2: Motor

Take toy geared motor and wire then solder it with the help of soldering iron then fix the wooden piece to the motor with the help of hot glue as shown in the image.

Step 3: Assemble Wheels

Now you fix the big wheels to the motor then you should take the small wheels which you have made before and fix it to the wooden piece as shown in the image.

Step 4: Circuit and Remote

Solder 2 wire in each terminal on motor then give the connection to the switch as shown in the circuit. Take the wooden piece then stick the double sided tape then place the 9v battery on top of the double sided tape after that stick the switch on front of the wooden piece just as shown in the image .
