Introduction: Revive Your Makeup

About: I am a Makeup Artist, crafter, party lover and mother.

Have you ever experienced that mini heart attack when you take a blush out of your makeup bag, open it and find it all broken?!

That's one of the worst feelings ever!

But don't worry, today i'm going to show you hoy to repair any blush, compact foundation or eyeshadow.

Step 1: Tools and Materials

  • Your broken makeup
  • Alcohol
  • Makeup brush
  • Toothpick
  • Napkin or tissue paper
  • Piece of cardboard the size of the broken eyeshadow's tin
  • Baby wipes

Step 2: Gather All the Little Pieces.

Use a medium makeup brush to broom all the little pieces back to the place they belong.

Step 3: Alcohol

Put a teaspoon of alcohol over the broken eyeshadow. The amount of alcohol you'll use depends on the size of the product you're going to repair.

Use a toothpick to mix it all together and make a paste.

Step 4: Push!

Use a piece of cardboard (the size of the tin of your eyeshadow) and put it over a napkin or tissue paper. Use your fingers to press down on the eyeshadow. The napkin will absorb most of the alcohol. Put it up and turn the napkin around to a dry spot to press down again. Repeat this step until you are happy with the result.

Step 5: Clean

Use a wipe to clean the rest of the packing to make it look as good as new.

Step 6: Amaze With the Results!

As you can see i've used this technique more than once, when i've had my makeup completely broken or just a little and the result is amazing!

It doesn't look like they've been broken!

There you have it, it's your turn to give the broken ones hope of a new life.
