Rockin Picture Display

A small rocking picture holder that cost under 2$ and takes about 2 minutes to make.

Step 1: Begin

you need a 2 liter bottle, scissors, a C battery, a dremel, and a picture.

1.cut a small rectangle out of the bottle
2.dremelize the corners to smooth them

Step 2: Finishing

3.glue battery to the bottom of the rectangle
4.put in picture
