I wanted to see if I could make box joints using a jigsaw, to find out I produced a video making the joints for a Rustic Pallet wood box.
To make a good fit box joint you need to cut one or two fingers on piece then trace that gap onto the a joining piece then cut up to but not over the marked line, then do a test fit then shave a bit more off. Repeat this process until you get a nice tight fitting joint.
This joint is perfect if you have limited tools and also can add to the rustic effect of the project
