Introduction: SALTED CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE

Step 1: HEAT

300ml Milk

180ml Double Cream

60g Milk Chocolate

4tsp Salted Caramel

Chop the chocolate into small chunks. Bring the milk and cream to a simmer on a low - medium heat. Once the mixture begins to simmer, remove from the heat and add the chocolate and caramel sauce.

Step 2: SERVE

Top the hot chocolate with whipped cream, caramel sauce and chocolate shavings.
