Introduction: SEPARATE CONTAINER STATIONARIES POUCH FOR KIDS

About: CRAFTSMAN

Hi guys,
In these instructables I want to share with you one useful thing created by me, and I think it's an usual thing made by using plastic bottles but little modified and creative .....

Step 1: WHY THIS ??

I seen often, kids near to my home using one stationaries pouch, in that all the items like pencil, pen, eraser, sharpener and scale,,,,,etc were kept in single storage, due to this sharpened pencil edges demage eraser's surface and do colour changes (black) on it and also self demage crash with other items. This leads to buy new one stationaries very often, so that parents shout their kids,
To reduce that shouts I had planned to create this separate container stationaries pouch to them..

Let's start to do this instructable followed by steps.

Step 2: MAIN BODY PREPARATION

The main body and lids of this pouch were made by plastic bottles,.

Do this, first select any 1/2 (half) Lt plastic bottles (enough to do this), don't select 1lt or more high on this, because they were too big on Dia and too long, this makes difficult on hiding pouch on the hand and putting it in the bag will be interrupted.
Then slightly rub bottom of the selected 2 bottles (don't cut), do this rub flat surfaces will be occurs on bottom of the plastic Bottles and easy to join together.
After running is done, measure ~16mm (approximately length of the pen and pencil) in one plastic bottle and take ~6mm (approximately max length of the eraser and sharpener) IF YOU NEED MORE ON THIS DIMENSION TAKE THAT TOO and make mark on the plastic bottle and cut them, and also flatten that edges too.

Step 3: JOINS TOGETHER

Join that rubbed and cutted plastic bottles length wise by heavy glue (shown in image).
Thus main body of the pouch is prepared.

Step 4: LID PREPARATION

Lids to that two open sides also made by transparent plastic.
For this I use one plastic container (both lid and body of the container). The plastics on this container are transparent and exactly useful for the making of lids to pouch.
Due to transparent lids,we can easily know inside the stationaries weather it not.
Measure the Dia of two sides of plastic bottles and cut in the Dia from the plastic container,
Thus lids for both ends prepared.

Step 5: MARKING

We do zippers on both side of the pouch so that make marking and punching accordingly.
First on main body,
--- Measure 3mm below from the both edges of the sticked plastic bottle and Mark an circle Dia wise, in the circle mark on 6mm gap.
--- and also on middle of the sticked plastic bottle (anywhere) mark on 10mm gap in length wise.

Second on lid,
--- take 3mm from the end of the circle and Mark an circle on both cutted lids.

Step 6: PUNCHING

finally punch small hole in all marked areas both length wise and Dia wise and also in lids.

Step 7: PUTTING ZIPPERS

Now we add 2 zippers on both end of the sticked plastic bottle...

After hole is punched, put one end of the 1st zip on any one side of the sticked plastic bottle by hand sewing and make another end of the zip to be free, same by hand sewing, put 2nd zip on another side of the sticked plastic bottle and also free another end of the zip to be free.

Step 8: PUT LIDS ON ZIPPERS

Put the cutted and hole punched Lids on the another end of the zip by hand sewing method, and do the same the another side of the plastic bottle.

Yet 90% of the process are done and pouch come in finished stage...

Step 9: GRIP COVERS

Take an rectangular shaped cotton cloth and close by dia wise and hand sewing tightly with the plastic bottle, to do this, cotton cloth gives hand grip to pouch during using zippers and also for decorative purpose.

Step 10: IDENTIFICATION LINE

Put an single line mark on the top of the grip cover by hand sewing to make an identification which side is short stationaries put and long stationaries put for kids easily known...

Step 11: THAT'S ALL FINISHED

Now all the process steps are completed and pouch to kids get finished and ready to share with them.

SHARE THIS POUCH WITH KIDS AND MAKE SUPRISE TO THEM !!!!
