Step 1: HEAT
180ml Double Cream
78g Milk Chocolate
Begin by chopping the chocolate into small pieces. In a saucepan, bring the milk and cream to a simmer on a low / medium heat. Once the mixture begins to simmer, remove from the heat and add the chocolate and cinnamon. Stir until chocolate melts.
Step 2: TOAST
Digestive Biscuits / Graham Crackers (Crushed)
Toast large marshmallows on an open flame and place on top of the hot chocolate. Drizzle on some chocolate syrup and top with crushed biscuit crumbs.
