Introduction: STRONG AND FLEXIBLE SKATEBOARD
Skateboard ingress skate project is the ancestor of the history of extreme sports, many of which are extended by the skateboarding program. Skateboarding, which evolved from surfing in the late 1950s and early 1960s, was first set up by enthusiasts to mount double-row roller-skating brackets on boards, and later slowly developed into what is now skateboarding, which has become the "coolest" sport on Earth today. This competition, I used the thinkercad site to build the sturdy and flexible skateboards needed for the coolest sport
1. Carbon fiber plate
2. Titanium support
3. Polyurethane milk tube
4. Iso Standard Screw Nut
5. Sandpaper wear-resistant and non-slip surf

Step 1: Make Board (surface)
The board is the most important part of the skateboard part. The choice of board surface has a great impact on the performance of the skateboard, a good board will also make the skater more comfortable when sliding, so the board surface fits the foot is very important, so in can ensure that more action compatible with more comfortable foot sense, we will be in front of the skateboard the last two parts will be set to bend the board inward, Then we'll use stretch ingress, mirrors, etc. in these production processes.
1.Select A distorted surface to set its curvature 1 to -11,length 1 to 1 0 units, curvature two set to 10 units, length 2 set to 1 0 units, curve width set to 1 units, height set to 10 units
2.Select the box and set it to a hole, align with the original surface, and contain three-quarters of it
3.Combine the box and the surface into a whole
4.Set the cut surface length to 15 cm and the width to 20 cm
5.Select a cylinder to set its diameter to 30 cm 20 cm and to hole, and then select a square, 5 cm high, long 15 cm, width 20 cm
6.Center the cylinder with the box and align along the edge
7.Combine syllones and box as a whole
8.Then align the combined geometry with the surface and combine it as a whole
So we got the uplifted part in front of the skateboard.
Step 2: Make Plate Slabs (support Straight)
The core part of the board surface is the long plate part of the support in the middle, the board surface is generally selected canadian maple multi-layer plate compression, compression process is divided into cold pressure and hot pressure, cold pressure is not to add glue directly to compress the wood, more advanced, better performance. The plate surface has high-strength impact toughness and good elasticity, when jumping on the skateboard at a certain height, to ensure that the pedal is not damaged. Here we thicken the plate to ensure its strength.
1.Select a box 1 cm high, 60 cm long, 20 cm wide, and align it with the surface in the previous step so that they are connected
2.Copy the surface and set it to mirror and set it to another face of the plate
3.Combine them as one and set the color to black
Step 3: Make Shock-absorbing Pads
As an extreme sport, complete the Ollie Jump Series: The jump ingress during the
skid, sometimes at the same time as the flip (inverted) board action. To make skateboarders enjoy more exercise, we need to increase the cushioning capacity of skateboards, we do so by adding cushions
1.Select the box body with a height of 0.5 cm, a length of 7 cm, a width of 5 cm as our cushion and align with the bottom of the board
2.Select Arched building block, 3 cm high, 4.5 cm wide, 7 cm long
3.Pair arched building blocks with shock-absorbing pads
4.Select iso standard screw, 0 .7 cm high, 0.5 cm in diameter, and then select positive six prism diameter 0.6 cm, height 0.5 cm aligned with screw center
5.Place the screws in the corners of the shock absorbers to secure them
Step 4: Making a Stand
The most important part of skateboard is the bracket, the bracket in the performance of the skateboard plays a role that can not be ignored It is the pulley and the plate surface connection, but also shoulder the responsibility of controlling the skate steering, due to the complexity of the bracket structure, we will use the shape extruder The bracket is then modified and improved using a series of base shapes
1.Select the extruder to squeeze out the shape of the side projection of the bracket
2.Select a cylinder, 10 cm high, 10 cm in diameter,5 cm in diameter, aligned with the side of the bracket, set to hole, and copy to the other side for alignment
3.Combine two cylinders and brackets
4.Select a cylinder diameter of 2 cm and a height of 3 cm on a bracket placed on the rear half
5.Select the elliptical cone, 4 cm high, 0.3 cm in diameter,0.6 cm in diameter, and set the hole to align with the rear half of the bracket to cut the bracket for a rounded shape
6.Select the ring, the inner diameter is set to 2 cm, the outer diameter is set to 4 cm, takes 1/2 and sets it to the hole so that it aligns to the cylindrical part to round the rear half of the bracke
Now we've finished making the bracket section.
Step 5: Making Sheaves
Enough to support the huge impact force, skateboard wheel is usually a polyamine-based material, polyamine in the wheel of
the proportion is different, the hardness of the wheel is also different, the taxiing feel is also different, Here we will use splicing and downtoling to complete the .
Skateboard wheels and connecting structure need to be strong
1.Select a cylinder, 20 cm long, 1 cm in diameter, and insert it into the bracket and center
2.Select wheel with a hole diameter of 15 units, a thickness of 25 units, a height of 20 units and an edge radius of 2 units with a rotation angle of 360 degrees. As a skateboard wheel
3.Copy the wheels and move them to both ends of the bracket to keep the four wheels of the skateboard neat and complete
4.Combine all parts into a whole
So far our skateboard skates are done.
