The ingredients are:
1 ½ liter of whole milk
6 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
2 tablespoons stevia sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A glass of warm water
Step 1: Milk
Boil the milk medium heat
Step 2: Sweetener
Turn off heat and add two tablespoons of sweetener stevia. Remember that this substitute has the feature to sweeten twice.
Step 3: Unflavored Gelatin
Add the warm water to hydrate the unflavored gelatin until a paste, then pour in the milk and stir until dissolved.
Step 4: Flavor and Color
Finally, we must add the teaspoon of vanilla extract and the dye color of your choice and pour into glasses or molds
Note: It is important to use vanilla extract, not confused with the essence because if it is used not desired to be achieved vanilla. You can also change the extract by any flavor of your choice.
Step 5: Cool
It should be refrigerated about 4 hours.
