Salad of green peas and tuna fish with lemon and mint.
An easy to make salad, bit British with an Indian touch.
The secret ingredient: mint.
Step 1: Ingredients
- 150 gram green peas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mint
- 150 gram tuna fish
- olive oil
Fry the peas in butter for 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Mix with tuna fish and mint.
Season with pepper, salt and olive oil.
