I didn't translate the whole thing because my spanish is really rusty but the gist of it is:

    First Step: Ingredients

    • 6 Roma Tomatoes
    • 4-5 Serrano Chiles
    • 1 Clove Garlic
    • ½ Onion
    • ½ Lime (juiced, I think)
    • ½ Cup Cilantro
    • Salt and Pepper

Second Step: Broil ingredients in oven until uniformly blackened/charred.

Third Step: Process ingredients in a food processor. The author likes their salsa hot, so they used all of the chilies, but they said to use less if you prefer milder.

(My addition: If you want a much milder salsa with the pepper taste, remove the seeds from the peppers before you blend everything. I like my salsa hot, but my family doesn't.)

    Fourth Step: Enjoy!

    Hope this helps!
