2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 stalks celery'
1 small onion
Salt & pepper to to taste
Dash garlic powder (optional)
Step 2: Dice Celery and Onion
Dice celery and onion. This will give the salad its savor and crunch.
Step 3: Mix Together All Ingredients & Serve
In a large bowl, add the turkey, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. If using garlic powder, be sparing. Although it gives the salad a 'kick' you don't want it to overpower the other flavors.
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate until just cool. Serve alone on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes, on crusty bread as a sandwich, or on crackers as an afternoon snack.
