You always need a savoury breakfast from time to time. But you can't decide what to have. I'll show you! Into this oatmeal you can throw everything you want and it will be just great!
Step 1: Ingredients
Quick cooking oats.
Different types of cheeses. I used mozzarella, and pizza cheese.
Step 2: Step 1
In a pan, put a tsp of olive oil and, in high heat, toast your turkey breast. When it's toasted, fry your egg.
Step 3: Step 2
Cook your oats. I used 6 teaspoons with enough water to cover them and a little more. I added a pinch of salt and into the microwave for 3 mins. It should be creamy. If it turns out too dry, add some more water after cooking and mix well.
Put your fried egg and turkey breast on top.
Add your halved cherry tomatoes and some melted mozzarella.
Step 4: Step 3
Finally, cook 2 tbsp of sweet corn on the pan without oil for 2 mins and with the lid on.
To finish off, arrange your dish with all the ingredients, the tomato sauce drizzled on top!
