NOTE: May be my images look not good because I have no camera I am using my Nokia E5. But you can understand my idea is enough for me.

Everyone bake a scary I decided to try something different with Quick recipe. This recipe is most popular in india which is called semolina sheera. semolina gives perfect animal texture so I chose semolina sweet.

It is a very Quick recipe and very very healthy more than cake.It takes just 15 min in microwave.

Step 1: How to Bake Semolina Sheera

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Cooking Time: 16 mins

Makes 5 servings.

  • Ingredients :
  • 1 cup semolina (rava)
  • 1 cup milk
  • sugar to taste
  • 1/4 cup clarified butter( ghee )
  • cardamom (elaichi) powder
  • cherry piece

Step 2: Method of Baking

  1. Put the clarified butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 15 seconds.
  2. Add the semolina, mix well and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until the semolina is light pink in colour, while stirring once in between after 1½ minutes.
  3. Add the sugar and hot milk ,mix well and microwave on high for 7 more minutes, while stirring twice in between after every 2½ minutes.
  4. take it in flat plate.give shape as shown in image.
  5. give the texture with cardamom powder.
  6. cut small piece of cherry ,make a eyes.
  7. and its ready...yummmmyyyyyy......
