Step 1: Equipment
- A sponge
- Paints. Watery paint doesn't work well with this.
Step 2: The Colour
Dab a corner of your sponge in a little paint. Squeeze or wipe off almost as much as you can. The thinner the layer of paint left, the better.
Gently brush the sponge past the corner of the paper. Do NOT rub it on the paper or else the effect won't be the same.
The colour you use will effect what the page looks like. For example, blue or yellow is best for a seaside scrap book while green is better for an outdoor holiday scrapbook.
Step 3: Decoration
To add extra embellishments, use a fine pen to draw in dots. It look nicest is the dots are denser towards the corner.
