A flavorsome concoction that makes you feel good!
This dish will combine the tastiest food --> chocolate; with the healthiest --> bananas; in a diet-conscious base --> yogurt.

Serves for Two
Step 1: You Will Need...
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 5 almonds
- 1 teaspoon of raisins
- 2 whole cardamoms
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
Step 2: Crush the Cardamoms
Use a pestle and mortar to finely crush the cardamoms.
Step 3: Add the Yogurt
Pour the yogurt, honey and crushed cardamoms in a bowl.
Then beat well.
Step 4: Slice the Banana
Now slice the banana and add this to the yogurt mixture as well.
Step 5: Add the Chocolate Chips, Raisins and Almonds
The dish is now ready to be served!
