Intro: Selfmade Caramel Cream Waffels Recipe


500g Flour

500ml Milk

250g Magarine or butter

125g white sugar

125g brown sugar

5 Eggs

1pkt. vanilla sugar

half pkt. baking powder

Step 1: Simmer the Caramel

Boil some water and add a can condensed milk then turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours. Let the can cool down before opening!!!

Step 2: The Dough

Give the eggs in a bowl and mix them then add butter, brown & white sugar and the vanilla sugar. Stir everything together. Mix baking powder & flour and give it spoon by spoon to the dough. Now give milk step by step to it and stir after that the dough is ready for the waffel iron.

Step 3: Finish

When the can is cooled open it and enjoy the waffels with caramel cream.

    Yummie dulce de leche. Be sure the can is completely covered with water when boiling otherwise there is a chance the can explode. I never thought of making waffles with brown sugar i guess the brown sugar will make them super delicious.

    I have made caramel this way before. I never thought to put it on waffles. I'll be trying it this weekend. Thanks.
