Accidental Entry (How Do I Delete These Things)

Help does anyone know how to delete, i accidentally published like 5 of the same thing thinking it wasn't working

If its on the instructables page like the one here, then you can simply go to your "you" icon at the top left of your page, select instructables, edit, unpublish. Whereas deleting it from a contest page i dont know - i too am trying to figure this out
