Simple American Guacamole Base

At almost any party, there is always a need for chips and dip, and this style of guacamole will make even the most finicky eater smile with content. With few ingredients, a quick preparation time, and room for customization there will be no room for complaints.

Supplies:

a. 1-2 Medium-sized avocados
b. ½ of a yellow onion
c. 1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
d. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt/Any Seasoning salt

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

a. 1-2 Medium-sized avocados
b. ½ of a yellow onion
c. 1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
d. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt/Any Seasoning salt

Step 2: Cut the Avocados in Half Lengthwise and Separate the Halves

Step 3: Finely Dice the Onion and Set Aside

Step 4: Scoop Out the Soft Green Insides From the Avocados and Place Them in a Bowl

Step 5: Place a Teaspoon of the Diced Onions Into the Bowl

Step 6: Add a Tablespoon of Mayonaisse

Step 7: Add Seasoning Salt to Taste

Step 8: Mash Up All the Ingredients to a Smooth Consistency

Adding the pits of the avocados to your guacamole will help to preserve it!

Step 9: Customize to Your Liking

At this point, the guacamole base is finished, so feel free to add ingredients to your heart and stomach’s content! Enjoy! (Lime, diced tomatoes, red peppers, and cilantro are great ingredients for guacamole and are pictured above)
