Step 1: Ingredients

(for around 40)

- cinnamon (2 to 4 teaspoons, according to your taste)

- almond powder (200g = 7 oz)

- 2 egg-whites

- sugar (100g = 3.5 oz)

- a little bit of flour

Step 2:

Beat the eggwhites until stiff and add the sugar.

Step 3:

Reserve three heaping spoons for the glazing.

Step 4:

Add almond powder and cinnamon to the rest of the mixture of eggwhites and sugar.

Step 5:

Knead the new mixture in order to get a sticky but thick dough.

Step 6:

On a coated with flour counter, roll the pastry out with your fingers to 0.5-centimeter thick.

Step 7:

Cut the pastry up with the pastrycutter (if possible, with a star-shaped one).

Step 8:

Lay down the stars on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Step 9:

Spread the reserved mixture of eggwhites and sugar on every star with a brush or with your fingers.

Step 10:

Bake around 10 minutes at 302 F.

Step 11:

Let the cookies cool before savouring!

Oh, oops, I think I meant teaspoons :/
But personally, I really like cinnamon and I often use tablespoons ;)
But thank you for pointing out to me this detail :)
