Step 1: Needed Materials

List of ingredients:

Hot glue sticks
Hot glue gun
Stanley knife
Small Led lamp
Ceramic bowl
Wooden skewers
Water cooker

Step 2: Cut the Hot Glue Sticks

Cut the glue sticks into different lengths. Make them pointy and continue with cutting the sides in a way they start to look like a hexagon bar.

Step 3: Dip the Crystals in Hot Water

use a skewer to hold the crystals and dip them into hot water. Dip for a few seconds and see if the faces got more smooth and shiny like glass. Not to long in the water or your edges become blurry. The water needs to be fresh from the kettle, because the temperature should be high to make the faces melt a little.

Step 4: Hot Glue the Crystals on Your Lamp

Use your hot glue gun to mount the crystals on your lamp. Use some leftover glue sticks to decorate the edges with small shards.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Turn of the light and enjoy your showpiece illuminated :)

Go slow - glue sticks are hard, and using a box knife or hobby knife can lead to a nasty cut.
When using the hot water dip, having a small cup of room temperature water to cool the heated glue sticks makes sure that they don't accidentally get too hot and stick to whatever you lay them on after the hot water smoothing.

Love this idea! I have a ceramic Christmas Tree sans bulbs that this would look amazing on. Thank-you for the idea!
