Step 1: Useful Material

❖ Hardware Required ❖

► 9V Battery with Clip

► Breadboard

► Jumper Wires

► BC547 transistor

► 2N3906 transistor

► 22 ohm resistor

► 1k ohm resistor

► 1M ohm resistor

► 2.2uf capacitor

► LED

Step 2: Useful Steps

❖ Steps ❖

STEP # 1 ( Connect transistors )

► Connect BC547 and 2n3906 transistors on breadboard

STEP # 2 ( Connect resistor #1 )

► Connect 1k ohm resistor BTW Base pin of BC547 to Collector pin of 2n3906

STEP # 3 ( Connect capacitor )

► Connect 1.2uf capacitor B/W Collector pin of BC547 to Base pin of 2n3906

STEP # 4 ( Connect wire )

► Connect wire BTW Emitter pin of 2n3906 to VCC

STEP # 5 ( Connect resistor #2 )

► Connect 1 mega ohm resistor BTW Base pin of 2N3906 to GND STEP # 6 ( Connect resistor #3)

► Connect 22 ohm resistor BTW Collector pin of BC547 and VCC

STEP # 7 ( Connect LED )

► Connect LED BTW Emitter pin of BC547 and GND

STEP # 8 ( Test)
