Introduction: Skulduggery!! With Sketchbook Pro

About: Former recon marine, did time in the Navy as well. build robots for a living, engineer as a trade. Inventor, Black belt TKD. battle bots. robot wars etc. Medal of valor recipient.
This is my video of my drawing a simple skull with Sketchbook pro free demo software. I never used this kind of software before. Using a mouse was harder than i thought. Once I got started I really liked it. I think that I will use it from now on. Once I can afford a copy.

Step 1: SETUP

Layout your drawing.

Step 2: Dem Holes

Sketch out your eye sockets. 

Step 3: Nosy

Now work ou tyou nose cavity notice the use of the setup line for the bottom of the nose cavity.

Step 4: HEADLY LAMAR

Now you add the layout of the skull and lower jaw. Dont worry you can erase as you go. we all make mistakes you will to, thats why eraserse were invented.

Step 5: Hmmm Looking Good

Add basic shading and work over any mistakes you find. Rework and cleanup to finsh the job

NOW FOR THE REST OF THE STORY
I am adding a hood for a Grim reaper look and shading my but off here. I use the smear control to make the colors flow. This takes a little while to get use to, but it works great.
