Smoked Chili Cheese Meatloaf Recipe



500g minced meat

250g smoked chili cheese

1 egg

a half cup breadcrumbs

1 zucchini


salt, pepper, chili flakes & curry

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the pepper & zucchini in pieces. Give the breadcrumbs and the egg to the meat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, chili flakes & curry to it and stir it together. Lay the meat mix on cling film and form it into a rectangular. Place the smoked chili cheese on it and wrap the meat around it.

Step 2: Finish

Lay the roll on an oven plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulting air for 2o minutes. Now place the peppers and zucchini pieces. Scatter salt, pepper, chili flakes & curry over it an put it back in the oven. After 10 minutes turn the peppers. All in all it needs about 45 minutes in the oven.
