Items: Popsicle sticks, chilled fruit juice (or squished fruit) varieties, holder ( a small cup will do), hot water, a freezer Step1: put your fruit in the cup. Step2: insert Popsicle stick. Step3: put in freezer for a few hours. Step4: run under hot water. Step5: pull on stick and enjoy
