Snack Burritos

A quick and easy to make snack for any kind of situation really. Delicious!

Step 1: Ingredients

For a whole bunch of little burritos, about 20 pieces, you need:
  • 20 small tortillas
  • about half a can black beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup tomato salsa
  • 2 cups Spanish rice
  • toothpicks or little sticks to hold them together

Step 2: Preparation

To make a burrito take one of the tortillas, add about a tablespoon and a half of rice, a tea spoon of guacamole, a teaspoon of salsa, a teaspoon of beans and cheese to cover it. This depends though on the size of your tortilla. If you have nice and small ones that should be plenty to fill the tortilla without overfilling it when you fold it. But if you have larger tortillas you should add some more filling.

Step 3: Folding and Finishing

Then to fold it tuck in the ends first and then fold over the length of the burrito. This way you should be able to use the tooth pick to almost stitch closed the tortilla along the folded length.
