This is a quick yet flavourful fried rice made with spam and bacon. It might not be the healthiest food for you but it certainly is cheap, easy to make, and filling. One of the best go-to cookings on my busiest days!
Step 1: Ingredients
* Frozen Veggies
* Soy Sauce
* Cutting board and Knife
Step 2: Mise En Place
* Dice the garlic
* Slice the spam to small squares.
Step 3: Saute Garlic
Step 4: Fry Bacon
Pan fry the bacon until crispy. Then remove it from the pan and slice it into bacon bits.
Step 5: Add Spam and Veggies
* Once the garlic is brown add in the spam and frozen veggies, until the frozen veggies gets warm.
Step 6: Mix It All In
* Add the rice to a large pan along with the spam, bacon and veggies.
* Season with salt, pepper, and light soy sauce.
