fast and easy spicy cheeseburger
- 1 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (chopped finely)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
Burger Topper Ingredients:
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 small tomato
- 4 lettuce leafs
- As many pickled jalapeno as you want

Step 1: Make the Patty
Dice a ¼ cup of pickled jalapenos then take your beef and add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper and mix together until everything is mixed together evenly. Then make into 4 patty shapes.
Step 2: Cooking Your Cheeseburger
Put on the grill and cook each patty 8 minutes, 4 minutes on each side. When it is on the last 4 minute time period add the pepper jack cheese to each patty.
Step 3: Finishing Touch
Once they are finished, cut up your tomatoes in small slices and put your lettuce leaves with your pickled jalapenos and build your cheese burger. build your cheeseburger as you want.
