Hello people!

This is your Venky again but this time with a food related tutorial, in this Instructable i'm going to show you how to prepare Indian famous SPICY SWEET CORN CHAT.

This is a very simple and easy chat to prepare with less effort, also you will definitely love it if you are a spicy food lover.

Step 1: Ingredients to Prepare

All these ingredient easily available in every home:

  • Corn (one is enough)
  • Tomato
  • Onions
  • Green Chilli
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Chat Masala
  • Rock Salt
  • Coriander

Step 2: Preparation First Step

  • Remove all the corn seeds from the corn.
  • First remove the corn seeds one by one in one line.
  • Then it'll be easy for you to remove the other lines.
  • After removing all the seeds dip them in water for once.
  • Keep these seeds aside fr a while
  • Chop all the other ingredients also(Tomato,Onions,Chilli,Coriander)

Step 3: Preparation Second Step

  • Add water in pan such that all the corn will be inside the water.
  • Switch on the stove.
  • While the water is getting boiled add two table spoons of Rock Salt in it.
  • Then add the corn seeds that were kept aside.
  • Allow it to boil for maximum of 10 minutes.
  • It will look like the third image when they are almost boiled.
  • Then take out the corn from the water and keep it aside

Step 4: Mixing Ingredients Part:1

  • Add chopped Tomato to the cooked corn
  • Then add chopped Onions
  • Then add Chopped Green Chilli
  • Mix it well with a spoon

Step 5: Mixing Ingredients Part:2

  • Add Red chilli to the already mixed part.
  • Then add Salt to it.
  • After that add chat masala.
  • Now mix it thoroughly.
  • Now your Sweet Corn Chat is almost ready.

Step 6: Garnishing

Garnishing makes the food more tastier and more colorful.

Add Coriander to it and mix it well.

Now it's time to enjoy your Spicy Sweet Corn Chat.
