Introduction: Spicy- Tangy Green Coriander Chutney in 2 Steps

Hi everyone!

Nothing is as refreshing and tasty as the smell and flavor of fresh green coriander chutney. It's super easy to make and you can enjoy it with almost every main course Indian dish. Also, coriander works magic in improving bad digestion.

Step 1: Ingredients Required

Fresh green coriander- 250 gm

Medium size tomato- 1

Green chillies- 2

Red chilly powder- 1/4 tbsp

cumin seeds- 1/2 tbsp

salt- 1/2 tbsp

asafoetida- 2 pinch

You can vary the amount as per your taste.

Step 2: Grinding

Put in all the ingredients together in a grinding machine and grind it to a coarse paste. The grainy texture of the chutney will amazingly elevate the flavors as the spices would not be completely lost to paste and would be a part of the chewing process. So, your tongue would know the taste rather than swallowing them.

Enjoy the chutney with snacks or main course! You can also enjoy it with crispy Vegan Cutlets (find its instructable here:
