Pies are always welcomed as main meal. Here i have very yummy and healthy spinach pie ..
Its a very Quick and easy recipe. You can add any other cheese if you don't want to add ricotta cheese in it.

Step 1: Ingredients
1.Fresh Spinach boiled and smashed-150 grams
2.crushed Fresh Garlic- 1/2 tsp
3. Green chilies-(optional) -2
4. Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
5. Coriander fresh- little bit chopped
6. Mozzarella cheese- around 50 grams
7. Ricotta cheese- 200 grams
8. Salt- 1 tsp ( as per taste)
9. Pie pastry ( Consists of salt , all purpose flour and unsalted butter)
Step 2: Method
Add in the boiled spinach salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, mozzarella cheese , black pepper powder and fresh crushed garlic . Mix all well and now add to it the ricotta cheese. Mix all well and keep it aside.
Now start rolling your pie pastry and put it on your baking pie dish. Add the spinach mixture on the baking dish consisting the pie pastry. Remove the extra pastry from the sides of the baking dish And poke fork or knife in the pastry so that the pastry has some air to run while heated in oven .
Now you may cover this spinach mixture with plain pastry or make any patterns on the pastry and cover the pie dish ...After covering the spinach mixture bake it for 12 - 15 minutes at 220 degrees. Enjoy as your dinner or lunch.... eat n enjoy...
