Step 1: Tools and Materials

To make this centrepiece you will need the following:

A vase.

Suitably spooky twigs.

Plastic bottle.

Florists or soft wire

Assortment of Halloween decorations.

Tape

Scissors.

Wire cutters.

Marker pen.

Pliers.

Step 2: Centring the Branches

To ensure the branches remain in place you'll need a way of holding them central in the vase.

First invert the plastic bottle in the vase, and draw a line around where it touches the neck.

Cut the end off the bottle and trim to fit the vase.

Step 3: Making the Tree

Pass the twigs through the neck of the bottle, and secure using florists wire.

Adjust the twigs to form a suitably creepy looking shape, using the wire to hold various twigs in place.

Place the assembly in the vase, and secure the bottle neck in the vase using tape.

Step 4: 2,4,6,8 Lets Decorate!

Put your tree in place and add decorations of your choice.

Sit back and wait to be haunted!
