2. 1 plastic spoon
3. 1 ping pong ball

Step 1: Add Upper Arm Bones and Upper Leg Bones (so Humerus)
Use a hot glue gun to glue 4 q-tips on both end of the back of the spoon. 2 to the base of the spoon facing mostly downward. 2 added right under the head of the spoon. at any angle outwards from the body.
Step 2: Attach the Forearm Bones and Lower Leg Bones (feel Free to Add Some Dead Person-ality)
Use the hot glue gun to attach the end of one q-tip to another in order to create an arm or leg joint. Depending on how much glue is used, some joints will be more mobile than others.
Step 3: Give the Skelly a Skull
Draw a skull on the ping pong ball and hot glue it to the indent of the spoon. A bit higher than lower so that the skeleton can ahead in life or rather death.
Step 4: Hi, Welcome to Skully's. Tonights Special: All You Can Make Ribs!
Cut the pipe cleaner into 3 equal lengths and wrap them once around the spoon under the arms and bend them to form ribs for the skeleton.
Step 5: Put the Skelly Out for All to See and Make Sure to Have a Few Good Puns Handy
