Step 1: BE PREPARED
Get set and be ready!! Make sure you have a solid standing back handspring before reading the rest of this tutorial!!
Step 2: TIME TO START
When your ready to pull back and set, put your arms in a low v so you are able to swing!!
Step 3: HERE WE GO
Swing your arms back and then pull them up by your ears and start to jump up and then start back!!
Step 4: FIRST MOMENT IN THE AIR
As you are up and back start to tuck and start going for your legs!!
Step 5: THE TUCK
When you are in mid air tuck and put your hands underneath your hamstrings!!
Step 6: THE END
When you finally come back over un-tuck your legs and put them down!! You will then rebound(jump up)so you will be ready for any continuing flips!!
