Introduction: Strawberry Cheesecake

Hello everyone!!!

For all of you wanting to satisfy your sweet tooth, I hope this helps. Enjoy!

Step 1: Ingredients

We will need:

-1 Pack of vanilla cookies

-Gelatin powder

-Corn starch

-2 Packs of cream cheese

-1Kg of strawberries

-Butter

-Powdered sugar

Step 2: Make the Crust

Put the cookies in the blender (don't ask, it works) until it looks like the second image, then put it into a mold.

Melt the butter and pour it in the same mold as the cookies. If you want to you can also add a spoonful of sugar.

Once it's mixed, shape the crust with your hands (be sure to wash them first) and be careful, it can be hot.

After that, put everything in the microwave for 30 seconds and then into the fridge.

Step 3: Prepare the Strawberries and Cheese

Wash and disinfect the strawberries.

Put in a bowl a cup of powdered sugar and the 2 packs of cream cheese. Batter it with a mixer and pour it in a blender along with the third part of the strawberries, but don't turn it on yet.

Step 4: Give It Some Gelatininess

Add around 7g of gelatin powder to 1/4 cup of water and wait for 15 or 20 minutes until it gets almost solid. After that heat it in a water bath (or bain-marie, if you feel fancy) until it becomes liquid again.

Put it in the blender with the ingredients you prepared in the last step. Once they're mixed, take the crust out of the fridge, pour the mix over it, and put it back.

Step 5: Make the Topping

Put half of your remaining strawberries in a saucepan and add a cup of water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar.

While it boils, add a spoonful of corn starch and around 7g of gelatin powder to make it thicker.

Step 6: Finish It

Carefully add the topping to what you have already prepared and leave it in the fridge for around four hours.

Use the remaining strawberries to decorate it (in the last picture we also added chocolate, that's completely optional).
