Smoothies can be a healthy and a sweet treat. Strawberry smoothies have calmed my food cravings for longer than I can remember. My love for smoothies has driven me to share with you my favorite strawberry smoothie recipe.

Step 1: Ingredients and Tools
5 oz frozen strawberries, sweetened
4 oz Greek vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
1 6.5 oz can of whip cream
1 Strawberry for garnish
***if strawberries aren't frozen add a few ice cubes
Add all ingredients as listed into the blender
Blend until smooth
1 8-12 oz cup
Step 2: Pour and Enjoy
Once the smoothie is blended, pour the mixture into a your favorite cup. If you would like you can add whipped cream and a strawberry to make it look even more delicious. ENJOY!
