STRAWBERRY JELLY CREAM PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

PUDDING

Dream whip whipping cream powder -2sachet
condensed milk -1/2tin
strawberry flavoured cream -1 tin
gelatin -10gm
cold milk -1/2 cup
strawberry jelly -1 packet

BASE
Marie biscuit -1 packet
butter 1/2cup

METHOD

Powder the biscuit and add butter then mix well
and press ot into a pudding tray and refrigerate for 15 mins

prepare jelly as per instruction on packet n set it aftr chilled cut into cubes

soak gelatin in water and double boil it until melted

beat whipping pdr with cold milk until fluffy n peaks then add strawberry cream,condensed milk,melted gelatin and mix well thn add cubed jelly n.just a mixn pour it above the biscuit base n refrigerate for 2 hrs

Step 1: Preparing Base

marie biscuit 1 packet
butter 1/2 cup

mix together both and press it in pudding tray and refrigerate for 15 mins
