Introduction: Stuffed Skirt Steak

I cook this on the grill 250 degrees low and slow (not on direct heat) 2hrs

Step 1:

2lbs skirt steak
2 medium tomatoes

1/3 cup of cream cheese

1/3 cup chopped onions

2 tsp chopped garlic

1 1/2 of frozen spinach drained

4 slices of provolone cheese

1/2 pack of Italian season mix

olive oil

black pepper and salt

butcher twine

Step 2:

mix spinach, garlic, tomatoes, Italian seasons, cream cheese,onions in a bowl

Step 3:

rub down your steak with olive oil, place filling on your meat, lay slice cheese on top

Step 4:

roll meat as tight as you can, tie with butcher twine

Step 5:

place on grill, low and slow (not on direct heat) 2hrs
