Introduction: Sugar Icing
- 1 egg white
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- food coloring powder
Whisk egg whites.
Than add sugar and lemon juice.
If you want a little thicker to be, you can add cornstarch.
Stir until mixture is thick and uniform
Separate part of the mixture and add color. Stir until uniform.
Icing can be used to decorate a variety of sweets. Even Cake Pops or gingerbread cookies.
