These sausage kebobs are so easy you will impress your family and friends with these fresh summer smoked flavours. They can be made up to a day ahead making this simple meal virtually hands free at your next cook out!
Step 1: Veggies
Chop an assortment of vegetables that you want to use for this hand held meal.
If you have a big cook out you will need to double or triple this recipe~
1 or 2 peppers of your colour choice.
Wash ,dry, seed and chop into large 2" chunks.
Peel and chop 1 onion
Zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms can be used as well. I used 12 mushrooms.
Cut 4 sausages of your choice into 2"-3" chunks
Soak 4-8 wooden skewers, so they won't burn quickly when placing on grill.
Begin to skewer meat alternating with vegetables.
(This can be made up to 1 day in advance and kept covered and refrigerated)
Place on a hot grill and turning every 2-3 minutes cook on grill or campfire.
