500g pork filet
200g feta cheese
1 hand sundried tomatoes

Step 1: Preparation
Put the filet in a freezer bag and beat it a bit with a pastry roller. Sprinkle salt 6 pepper on both sides. Crumble feta cheese on the filet and lew a few sundried tomatoes on it. Roll it and close it with toothpicks. Place them on an oven plate and put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. Scatter salt & pepper to the cream and mix it.
Step 2: Finish
After 20 minutes grab the plate and crumble feta cheese on it. Pour the cream mix on the plate and add 2 spoons peppercorns. Put the palte back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Serv it with rice noodles or....and enjoy.
