Step 1: Ingredients
- 400 gr spaghetti
- 500 gr ground beef
- Tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper
Step 2: Spaghetti
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with some salt. Stir every 2 minutes and drain when it's al dente (8-10 minutes).
Step 3: Beef
Put the ground beef in a saucepan in medium heat. Cook it and cut it with the scoop to make it in little pieces. When it changes its color let it cook for five more minutes in low heat.
Step 4: Bolognese
Pour the sauce in the cooked beef and stir. Add some salt and pepper and let it boil for 3 minutes.
Step 5: Serve
Put spaghetti on a dish and use a spoon to put some bolognese on top of it. You can use some parmesan cheese to give it an extra special flavor.
This pasta goes great with garlic bread and salad.
